Our work on this property began with the careful completion of the rear demolition, which had already been partially undertaken. From there, we prepared the site for the foundations of a new extension — now the vibrant heart of the home. This addition introduces a modern kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a dining and living area, a laundry, an extra bedroom, and a welcoming rear deck.

Transforming the master bedroom was a key focus. We reimagined it as a spacious master suite, complete with a walk-in robe and ensuite, combining elegance with functionality. Moving through the hallway to the three existing bedrooms, our team meticulously reframed the original walls, preserved the existing cornices, and introduced curved arches to echo the home’s classic character. Each room was refreshed with a new coat of paint and fitted with custom-built wardrobes, maximising storage for the client.

A true highlight of the renovation is the refreshed façade. The addition of a bullnose verandah and intricate fretwork details has beautifully enhanced the charm and heritage of this original home.
